Activities will enable increased voice and citizen participation for more effective and inclusive governance system and enhanced access to justice and protection of human rights. Using a human rights- based approach the framework will provide a means to improve capacities of key institutions in the country through targeted capacity building and the provision of a platform for decision making on development priorities.
