This survey is undertaken by the Accelerator Lab of UNDP Maldives.

Maldives Accelerator Lab’s first intervention seeks to address the issue of exclusions in the labour market.

Accordingly, this survey seeks to gather information on the type of skills needed to improve employability, efficiency and performance. It also aims to gather individual perception regarding skilling and skill gaps. The data collected from this survey will assist us to better understand the problem space and will not be published.
