UNDP works closely with the Government and people of Maldives to prepare, respond and recover from the COVID-19 crisis to build back better towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
UNDP presented the Government of Maldives with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for COVID-19 response, as part of its COVID-19 Integrated Response Support.
Recommitting to help Maldives recover fairly from COVID-19, and with a climate-resilient economy.
The coffee table book is the culmination of the artwork from ‘Youth Vision – An Art Workshop’ by UNDP Maldives conducted with support from the European Union, Ministry of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment, as well as Ooredoo Maldives.
The COVID-19 pandemic is the latest crisis facing the world, but unless humans release their grip on nature, it won’t be the last, according to a new report by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), which includes a new experimental index on human progress that takes into account countries’ carbon dioxide emissions and material footprint.
UNDP opens the invitation to all political parties that are registered with the Elections Commission and individuals who are interested to be a part of this training.
